Professional internal tire patches that seal punctures from the inside for a permanent fix.
An internal tire patch is the industry-standard, RMA-approved repair for nail, screw, and small-puncture damage in the tread area of a tire. Unlike a quick external plug, an internal patch fully restores the structural integrity and air-tight seal of the tire. J&D Used Tire Shop LLC performs proper internal patches: we dismount the tire from the wheel, locate the puncture from inside, clean and buff the inner liner, apply vulcanizing cement, install a vulcanized rubber patch that chemically bonds to the inner liner, remount, balance, and reinstall on your vehicle. The result is a permanent repair that holds air just as well as a new tire. Most patches are completed in 30 minutes.
